Starting your application
To be registered on the MVR, you must apply using our application portal and meet all the eligibility criteria.
Before beginning the process, it is helpful to have the following information: Your NMC PIN or HCPC Registration Number, a copy of your MSc or PG Dip in Surgical Care Practice certificate, or a copy of your job description confirming your job title. You will also be asked to provide the name(s) of a clinician, e.g., your line manager or clinical supervisor who can provide a reference. You should obtain consent to provide us with their contact details.
